Speed and Agility are the name of the game! Viper Speed and Strength Academy partnered with Speed Revolution to provide a incredible opportunity for football players in the Pittsburgh area. This clinic included former NFL players, world class track coaches, and top notch strength and conditioning coaches, teaching all the fundamentals of speed and agility. Speed and Agility are the name of the game! Speed Revolution put on another incredible middle school and high school speed and agility clinic at Kinkaid HS in Houston Texas. This clinic provided a wonderful opportunity for athletes in all sports to learn from host of former NFL players, a world class track coach, and several other coaches, the essentials of how improve their agility, acceleration, deceleration, maximum speed, and cutting ability! Speed Revolution at the AIGFA Camp July 28th-30th, 2011 in Trieste. Italy
Speed Revolution clinicians Lamont Warren and Sam Rogers teamed up with AIGFA providing an incredible opportunity for American Football Players in Italy and other surrounding countries. Athletes and coaches learned the essentials of speed and agility development, as well being exposed to football training and being able to share their experience to benefit all those who attended. Rana Reider named Nike Coach of the Year by USATF Nov. 11th-15th, 2011
Rana Reider, a Speed Revolution clinician, has been named the 2011 Nike Coach of the Year by USA Track and Field. Reider will be honored on Saturday, December 3rd, at the Jesse Owens Awards and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in St. Louis, Mo. Reider helped Team USA stand atop the medal count at the IAAF World Championships as his athletes won three individual medals in Daegu, South Korea. Veteran Dwight Phillips won his fourth world title while Christian Taylor won triple jump gold in his first season as a professional. On the track, Danielle Carruthers also won silver in the women’s 100m hurdles. Congratulations Rana!
Speed Revolution’s D’Marcus Williams Speaks at Blythe’s Basketball Coaching Clinic
Speed Revolution performance specialists was asked to speak by renowned bay area basketball coach Donovan Blythe at the Blythe’s Basketball Coaching Clinic on Saturday, November 19th at Eastside College Prep School in East Palo Alto, CA. The clinic featured awesome speakers including a collection of high school coaches that have combined to win 11 California State Titles. D’Marcus was asked to present the speed, agility, and strength program that he uses with the College of San Mateo basketball team as well as with his Speed Revolution privately trained athletes.
Jeff McAuley to speak at the VS Athletics Super Clinic Jan. 21st, 2012
Speed Revolution’s Founder and Director of Operations, Jeff McAuley, has been invited to speak as a featured clinician at the VS Athletics Super Clinic January 21st, 2012 at Sacramento City College. The clinic will feature several Track and Field Olympic and National team coaches and is expected to reach it’s attendance capacity of 400 coaches, so those interested in attending are encouraged to sign up ASAP to reserve a spot. Coach Jeff plans on presenting a topic called “Championship Sprinting” detailing how to identify, improve, and test factors involved in the sprints. He will also take part in a panel discussion.
Speed Revolution’s D’Marcus Williams attends the USATF Coaching Education School
In the always continuing effort to better himself and his craft, Speed Revolution’s D’Marcus Williams attended the United States Track and Field Level I Coaching Education School at Chabot College in Hayward, California. The well attended program was held Jan. 14th-15th and consists of over 20 hours of instruction in the areas of, Philosophy, Psychology, Physiology, Training Theory, Biomechanics, Motor Learning, as well as detailed event specific presentations. The program is aimed at developing High School and Collegiate Coaches.

The clinic featured some awesome speakers including a collection of high school and college coaches and performance specialists. Speed Revolution’s Founder Jeff McAuley will be speaking at The CTM Winter Seashore Running Camp at beautiful Point Reyes California, on February 4th 2012. Speed Revolution has teamed up with Athletes Under Construction in putting on the best hurdle clinic on the West Coast! The Nor-Cal Hurdle Summit will feature some of the sports top coaches, former Olympians, and world class performers, in a learn by doing, and formal instruction clinic, that is completed with a hurdle coaches “round table discussion.” If you want to learn more about the hurdles this is the place to be!
